Terms & Conditions

Of Corsa Services.

By using any of Corsa's services you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined on this webpage. When using these services, you are subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in these services will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use these services.

All pricing subject to supplier change.


In this document the "subscription holder" and / or "service holder" refers to you as a client of Corsa.

Minimum 12 month service term. com, net, org, co, xyz, or club domain included for duration of new plan, 12, 24, or 36 months. Additional charge may be required at renewal of inital service depending on supplier pricing. Other domain names may be available at an additional cost depending on availabilty and supplier pricing. Web design and development Website Maintenance includes minor touch ups, changes of basic information, ensuring the website is modern and responsive, however does not include a redesign for any reason. Redesigns will be charged at the discounted rate included in the plan.

All Subscription Based Services:

Including Managed Services, and Self-Managed Services; These services are subscription based. You are purchasing a service and not individual products. Products and services including domain names, hosting and emails will be purchased by Corsa and managed on your behalf by Corsa unless otherwise agreed upon. Domain registration may require additional information from you, including but not limited to local address, phone number and email address. If this information is required for domain registration Corsa is required to obtain this information from you. If this information is inaccurate or is not provided domain registration may fail, or the registered domain may be terminated. In this case you may not be entitled to a refund. See exceptions to consumer guarantees here.Corsa as the service provider withholds the rights to terminate any services for any reason, including but not limited to unlawful use of provided services.

Self-Managed Services:

Self-Managed Services are services provided by Corsa and managed by the subscription holder. Corsa withholds the rights to access a subscription holder's user account and web host at any time, with or without notice to the subscription holder.

Collection Of Oustanding Funds:

All balances must be paid within seven days of the invoice being sent. Corsa withholds the rights to deny services without notice for any reason, including but not limited to overdue payments. Corsa may at any time without needing to provide notice or reason, review, alter, or terminate any services and accepts no liability or responsibility for any losses incurred by exercising these rights. The service holder indemnifies Corsa against, and must pay to Corsa on demand any and all expenses and costs incurred by Corsa in enforcing collecting payment for goods and / or services. Corsa witholds the rights to void any service discounts at any time for any reason including enforcing payment collection, and will return any discounted services to full price if payment terms are not met.

Money-Back Guarantee And Refund Policy:

Corsa offers a full money back guarantee for only reasons dictated by Australian Consumer Law. Corsa does not offer refunds for any reason other than dictated by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are available only to first-time accounts. For example if you have cancelled and then reopened an account with us, or have two accounts with us the latter account is not eligible for refunds.

Corsa is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information. We have adopted the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including telephone, by email, via our website and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties. We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing, at When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Sensitive information is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information. Sensitive information will be used by us only:

  • For the primary purpose for which it was obtained
  • For a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose
  • With your consent; or where required or authorised by law.

Third Parties

Where reasonable and practicable to do so, we will collect your Personal Information only from you. However, in some circumstances we may be provided with information by third parties. In such a case we will take reasonable steps to ensure that you are made aware of the information provided to us by the third party.

When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your Personal Information.

You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing, at Corsa will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.
