Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Corsa IT Service's subscription, non-subscription, and one-time services, hardware, and bespoke solution pricing may change without notice. Corsa IT Services will endeavour wherever possible to notify subscription service clients of upcoming pricing changes.
3. Subscription Based Services
Managed Services and Self-Managed Services are subscription based. By subscribing, you acquire services rather than individual products. Corsa IT Services procures and manages products and services, including domain names, hosting, and emails, on your behalf unless otherwise agreed. Domain registration may necessitate additional information from you, and if inaccurate or incomplete, it could lead to failed registration or termination. Corsa IT Services reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including unlawful usage.
4. Self-Managed Services
Self-Managed Services are provided by Corsa IT Services but overseen by the subscription holder. Corsa IT Services retains the right to access subscription holders' user accounts and web hosts without prior notice.
5. Outstanding Funds Collection
All invoices must be settled within seven days. Corsa IT Services retains the right to suspend services for overdue payments. We maintain the authority to review, modify, or terminate services without notice, absolving us of liability for any resulting losses. The service holder agrees to indemnify Corsa IT Services for any expenses incurred during the enforcement of payment collection. We also reserve the right to revoke service discounts if payment terms are not met.
6. Money-Back Guarantee and Refund Policy
Corsa IT Services adheres to a full money-back guarantee based on conditions specified by Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are solely available for reasons mandated by this law. Refunds are restricted to first-time accounts and do not apply to accounts that have been reopened or have multiple instances.
7. Limitation of Liability
Corsa IT Services is not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, or any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes scenarios where users fail to opt for backup solutions, delete data themselves, or miscommunicate their needs.
8. Indemnification
By using our services, you indemnify Corsa IT Services against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services, non-compliance with these terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
9. Modification of Terms
Corsa IT Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
